Elise Kutt
Director of Media Production, Facilitator & Photographer
A multi-passionate artist and entrepreneur, Elise has spent the last decade running a portrait studio centered around female empowerment and self-expression through art. She received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she studied art history and photography. Elise has been recognized as a leader of her industry and community as West Michigan’s 2023 Remarkable Woman of the Year. She is a champion of self-love, known for helping women find confidence in front of the camera.
When Elise isn’t traveling the world co-hosting adventure retreats for women, she can be found concocting a brilliant new business idea, drinking green juice, adventuring with her boys, and obsessing over the smell of new school supplies.

❓ How do I book my purchased session?
A: Your first opportunity to book your Personal Branding Headshot session will come to you in the confirmation email you receive immedietely after purchasing your session. Our calendar fills up quickly, so we highly recommend that you don’t wait to schedule with us (even if it’s weeks in advance). If you do wait to schedule, we’ll be in touch with periodic reminders that contain the link to book your session.
❓ Do you offer hair and makeup?
We don’t offer hair and makeup services on-location but have a list of stylists we’ve been working with for over a decade that we know, love and trust. Just send us an email after booking and we will send you contact info and guide you through the best timing schedule.
❓What’s your availability like?
We are offering this discounted session on Fridays and select Wednesdays Jan-Mar 2026.
This session expires on April 1st, 2025, no exceptions. But hey, we understand life happens and sometimes nerves get the best of us. If you don’t use your session before the expiration date you can apply the cost to a full priced session of your choice for a later date. If the session is not booked before June 1, 2025 the cost and session will be forfeited.
❓What if I have to cancel my scheduled session?
A: It’s important to us that you’re able to feel like your best self on the day of your session. That said, we ask that you give us 1-2 weeks notice in the event of a reschedule, one time only. We are able to make an exception to the 1-2 weeks notice in the event of illness, emergency, or an act of God herself.
For our full policies on rescheduling/cancellations, you can always refer back to the contract that you will receive after the purchase of your session. Please note that we reserve the right to deny reschedule requests within the bounds of this contract.
❓What should I bring to my session?
Come dressed and ready to shoot in your professional outfit of choice. (If you’re feeling unsure you can bring an additional option to run by Elise for advice.) Consider bringing layers for the most variety in your final images, a blazer, sweater, jacket, or scarf work really well for options. Don’t forget the details like jewelery, glasses, or any other items and feel like YOU. You don’t have to stress about shoes for this one, we won’t shoot your feet!
❓ How long will my session take?
A: You can expect your session to last around 30 min but we’ve built in 45 in case of traffic, navigating the building or just getting chatty! (Elise has been known to spend time acclimating clients to the space before immedietely putting a camera in their face. It’s part of her charm and talent!) We will absolutely have you in and out in no longer than an hour door to door.
❓ When will I receive my images?
A: You can expect your final, retouched gallery of web ready images in 1-2 weeks. Not having to select your favorites or go back and forth around editing is a BONUS YAY!
❓ What type of retouching do you offer?
A: Our standard, magazine style editing includes skin smoothing, blemish removal, eye popping, teeth whitening, stray hair removal and wardrobe wrinkle removal. Any additional editing requests can be purchased after you receive your final gallery. We don’t overdo the editing, but we do understand that these cameras today are so high def that no one needs to be seeing your pores! We got you!
❓ What happens if I don't like my images?
A: Never in the 15 years Elise has been shooting has she had a client not like an entire session. Our goal is that you fall in love with at least 5 (and trust us, that’s conservative!) that you will rotate through for your personal and professional needs. Our expectation isn’t that you will love them all, but that you will be pleasantly surprised by how many you actually DO love.
We will not be offering re-shoots for a bad hair day, or wardrobe you don’t love. Spend some time considering your selections and choices and reach out anytime you need a little extra support in your decisions. We are here for you.
