Anna holds a bachelor of science degree in Biomedical Sciences and a bachelor of arts degree in Professional & Applied Ethics, both from Western Michigan University and sees her educational journey as evidence of the value of a liberal arts education.
Anna enjoys audiobooks, fine-tipped ink pens, sneaking nutritional relevance into her children’s food, and learning about what motivates people to do better and be better.

Elise Kutt
Director of Media Production & Facilitator
A multi-passionate artist and entrepreneur, Elise has spent the last decade running a portrait studio centered around female empowerment and self-expression through art. She received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she studied art history and photography. Elise has been recognized as a leader of her industry and community as West Michigan’s 2023 Remarkable Woman of the Year. She is a champion of self-love, known for helping women find confidence in front of the camera.
When Elise isn’t traveling the world co-hosting adventure retreats for women, she can be found concocting a brilliant new business idea, drinking green juice, adventuring with her boys, and obsessing over the smell of new school supplies.

Kristen loves all things sports, coaching her kids’ sports teams, playing or watching soccer, or really doing anything sporty with her family. Outside of sports, Kristen is an aspiring drummer, builder, and woodworker.

Affiliate Facilitator & Leadership/Mindfulness Coach
She specializes in stress reduction techniques and training, accessible compassion and empathy practices, and team communication dynamics. In this capacity, she has hospital resident groups, collegiate educators, corporate teams, and thousands of individual students.
Larissa is a voracious reader, lover of cats, and tackler of ridiculous home improvement projects.
